Rev Phil Carman (793240) is coordinating ‘ROTA FOR LIFTS’ to St Stephen's for the Sunday morning service. He is anxious to hear from those who need co-ordinating; if you have a car, a licence and a vague knowledge of the parish then you are eligible. Otherwise, under the Ecclesiastic Nonsense Act, 1723 Phil may have powers to requisition your vehicle; so do please speak with him and avoid the risk of unpleasantness ensuing from the Diocesan cops finding you travelling to & fro on your own. |

Advertising in the magazine; many thanks to those (far & near) who sent in mags from other parishes. Next month we put toes-in-the water; for example: a note from Lin Hudson (on counselling service) and a line from Mike Townend (who repairs/services motor cars). Both have promised donations to the Young People’s Fund. |
